STEP 1: DIMENSIONS

From rectangular to round to irregular shapes or living edge tops, we can take on any glass tabletop project. SEE BELOW FOR EXAMPLES!

STEP 2: THICKNESS

We typically suggest a quarter of an inch (¼”) thickness if you are protecting the wood or wicker top. 1/4” is our standard for most glass tabletops and what we keep in stock. However, we are happy to help you find the right piece. Anything thicker can be ordered from the mainland and typical lead time is 7-10 business days from day of order.

STEP 3: EDGE WORK

We offer standard Flat polished (which we do in house) to Pencil or Beveled (which needs to be ordered from the mainland). Rainbow Glass & Mirror will deliver your desired edges.

STEP 4: THE FINISH

Glass tabletops are either made with a standard annealed or tempered glass finish. If your furniture is indoor, more than likely your top will be fabricated using annealed glass. We keep annealed and laminated glass in stock. If your furniture is outdoor, the tabletop must be tempered for safety purposes (by code). Tempered does need to be ordered from the mainland. Typical lead time is 7-10 business days from day of order.
