Flat Tempered Glass
Tempered glass also named toughened glass, hardened glass, ESG glass etc, it is made by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. In consequence, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surfaces to assure safety of use.
Notice of tempered glass:1. Tempered glass can not be cut after tempering. 2. Impact resistant strength of tempered glass is 3-5 times higher than float glass when they  are in the same thickness. 3. The edge of tempered glass is more fragile than the center. 4. The fragments of tempered glass are small blunt angle particles, which are not easy to hurt people.

is a type of glass with even compressive stress on the surface which is made by heating float glass to nearly softening point and then cooling
it down rapidly by air.

Heat-strengthened glass

has the same production method as tempered glass ,to heat the glass to the softening point,then rapidly cooled down.Therefore,tempered variance between intermediate level and superficial level is relatively smaller,stress is relatively smaller.
